The name of the company was changed from The Shevaroy Bauxite Products Company Private Limited to Shevaroy Private Limited on October 5, 1968. Further, the name of the Company was changed from Shevaroy Private Limited to its present name i.e. Alirox Abrasives Limited vide its fresh certification of incorporation dated July 22, 1975 with Registrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana. The Company is engaged in the business of rendering advisory, consultancy and management services.
